Hi, I’m Anemone Bennett—your trusted mortgage loan officer and founder of Rose Tree Financial Group LLC. With over a decade of experience in mortgage lending, real estate, and personal finance, I’m here to make your homeownership or investment journey smooth, simple, and successful.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of North Florida, and I’ve worked for some of the most respected financial institutions in the country—including Deutsche Bank, PNC Mortgage, Chase, Bank of America–Merrill Lynch, and Wells Fargo. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of how to structure loans that align with my clients’ financial goals—whether they’re buying their first home or building a portfolio of investment properties.
In addition to my mortgage license (NMLS #771552), I’m also a licensed real estate professional and have extensive experience working with real estate investors, builders, and developers. I understand the unique needs of investors—from DSCR and Non-QM loans to complex construction and renovation financing—and I know how to navigate those deals with speed and strategy.
